Chiropractic

Dr. Glynis Newman practices veterinary chiropractic and is recognized by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association.

Veterinary Chiropractic maintains the health of your pet’s spinal column and the nervous system that it protects. Adequate nerve supply is vital to the proper functioning of the entire body. When vertebral bones are misaligned, even very slightly, the nerves are affected. This can be painful, or at the very least, cause limited function.

Besides its benefit for performance enhancement, chiropractic treatment can be beneficial for patients with the following conditions:

  • Neck, back, leg and tail pain
  • Muscle spasms and nerve problems
  • Injuries from slips, falls and accidents
  • Jaw or TMJ problems
  • Event or sports injuries
  • Post-surgical care
  • Some bowel and bladder disorders
" Chaos’s progress has been remarkable. His spirits are high and his energy boundless and you can see that he enjoys his treatments. I will be always grateful for the excellent care and encouragement he has received at Hillside Vet. "
