Online bookings are available 4 days in advance. If you can’t find the date and time you are looking for or have an urgent concern, please call our Client Care Team. They will be happy to help.
If you are a new client, please call to set up a file and first appointment with us before using the PetDesk app to request an appointment.
New Client Deposit Policy
We require a deposit for all new client’s first appointments ($50 + GST) at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the cost of your appointment. We accept payment over the phone with a VISA or Mastercard. E-transfer is also available. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24- hours’ notice, this deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation / No Show policy:
We strive to provide the best care to our patients in a timely manner. When appointments are missed, it means that pets in need are unable to receive care. Our clinic policy is that after two ‘no shows’ arriving 10+ minutes after your appointment time and/or cancellations within 24 hours (unless advised by your veterinarian), will require full payment for the missed appointment, as well as pre-payment for services at the time of booking going forward. If you do not have a credit card to prepay over the phone at the time of booking, we also accept e-transfer or in-person payment (required before booking). We appreciate your understanding on this matter to allow us to help your furry family members to the best of our ability.
