NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR ALL MEDICATION REFILLS AND 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SPECIAL ORDER MEDICATIONS.

*Please note - due to high demand, orders may take longer than usual to arrive. We cannot guarantee a pick-up date.

Once you have received notification that your refill is ready, please pick up within 14 days. If you need immediate assistance, please give us a call at 250-598-4477.

If your prescription request is urgent and your pet's medication is required same day, please mark your request urgent. Please note, all urgent requests are subject to a $12.95 rush fee.

If you are requesting a prescription to be filled through an online pet pharmacy, a $25 prescription fee will apply. This fee covers the review of your pet’s medical record, as well as the authorization and preparation of the prescription by our veterinary team.
