Exams & Rehabilitation Appointments
A $50 fee will be applied for last-minute cancellations or no-shows for exam and rehabilitation appointments. If the appointment is successfully rescheduled, the fee may be waived. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and apply discretion in cases such as illness, emergencies, etc.
Cardiac Ultrasounds
A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking for all cardiac ultrasound appointments. This deposit will be applied as a late cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for patients in need and allows us to best utilize specialist time. This requirement is non-negotiable.
Surgical Appointments
A $200 deposit is required to book all surgical procedures. This policy helps reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures we can provide timely care to all patients.
