Temporary Closure Notice

Dear valued clients,

Please note that Hillside Veterinary Hospital will be temporarily closed from November 3rd through November 11th, 2025 while we complete necessary plumbing upgrades at our facility. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back on November 12th.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while these important improvements are made. To help you plan ahead, here are a few key details to ensure your pet’s care continues smoothly during our temporary closure.

Emergency Care

If your pet requires urgent medical attention, please contact one of the following 24-hour emergency hospitals:

Appointments

During this time, we will not be scheduling or accepting appointment requests. Please note that our voicemail will not be monitored while the hospital is closed.

Medical Records & Prescription Requests

If you require your pet’s medical records to be sent to another practice, or if you have an urgent medication request, please email us at receptionists@hillsidevethospital.com with the subject line “URGENT REQUEST".

Our email will be checked once daily for these inquiries only. Urgent prescriptions will be directed to another clinic for filling, and you will be contacted once processed.

Veterinary Options

If needed, for a veterinary appointment or care during this temporary closure, you may also contact one of our sister clinics nearby to confirm their availability. Your pet’s medical file will be transferred quickly and securely.

Pet Food Orders

If you need to pick up your pet’s food during this time, please contact another veterinary practice that is convenient for you. Our online VetStore will remain available for orders; however, please note that home deliveries may take up to 7 business days and should not be used for urgent needs.
